The cream is flavor dominant, toning down the bitterness. The fruit of the initial fragrances develops fully in the finish, with the character of raspberries, redcurrants, and lingonberries, along with an increasingly salty component at the end.  On the tongue, citrus notes, sweetness, and astringent accents. The aftertaste is intensely salty with coffee notes.

Details: This chocolate is a dreamy wonderland of sumptuous, titillating flavors that dance and interweave together in a dazzling flavor symphony. The maker's description (above) is also wildly accurate and precise. This bar is one to seek out, share widely, and treasure for its depth, breadth, and elegance. A true delight.
