Details:  This chocolate has a bold, bitter, Earthy flavor with a whisper of astringent or unripe fruit.  The aftertaste reminds me of the smell of coal, the taste of pre-ground dark roast coffee, and the taste of blackened burnt toast.  A chocolate for those who prefer their consumables well-done, with plenty of carbon!
