Flavor notes: Powdered cow milk, stoneware clay, soy sauce, sundried tomato, conventional half-and-half

Details: This chocolate is a visual delight-- its box is uniquely artful (see above) and the bar itself is molded into various interweaving polygons.  When it first meets my tongue, the bar maintains its hardness and shape; it keeps to itself.  Then, slowly, it reveals interwoven flavors of savory umami, pottery clay, and processed milk.
