Mouthfeel: Astringent

Flavor notes: Smoke, umami, espresso, cooked liver

Details: This chocolate is intense, savory, and acidic.  It launches with an explosion of overlapping flavors beneath a bitter face.  To me, the experience is very much like sipping a fresh shot of espresso; the subtler aromatics are nestled within bolder flavors, and invite me to widen my perception to "listen" closely.  An espresso lover's dream bar.
