Mouth feel: Muddy, like brownie batter

Flavor notes: Caramelized sugar, coconut, vanilla, fig

Details: This is a charming bar with forward flavor that delights the kid in me.  Its taste and texture remind me of homemade brownie batter, licked right off the spoon! The coconut sugar adds dimension and sweetness, plus contributes to a crescendo of flavor once the chocolate coats my tongue.  This bar's flavor lingers once I swallow, and stands out amongst the 80-85% dark chocolates I've tasted.
