As a black diamond is the fruit of a volcano, these beans are the fruit of cacao trees growing on an ascent volcanous soil. The result is a bar with exception flavours of red fruit and deep chocolate.

Details: This chocolate descends gently, and gradually blossoms into a bouquet of rich, oily nuts and fermented fare. As the flavor matures, it offers subtle notes of mineral earth that linger on the tongue. Truly a delight.
