I review 85-100% dark chocolate bars and rate them from 1-10 overall, plus include a breakdown of the Mouthfeel, Flavor Notes, and where to buy them! I rate and consume ethically sourced and produced chocolate from bean to bar. If a bar *isn't* verified to be ethical, I'll make that clear in the review (some people give me unethical or questionably ethical gift chocolate by accident).
